Role: SAP Finance Program/Project Manager
End-to-end finance processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC) and Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic Finance transformation programs and end-to-end project delivery from definition through execution, adoption and value realization.
Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC) and Financial Planning & Analysis.
Partner with executive sponsors and Finance leadership to define scope, success metrics, timelines, resourcing and governance.
Drive process-centric project execution, ensuring impacts to upstream/downstream finance processes are clearly understood.
Apply structured program and project management practices to plan, execute, monitor and de-risk multi-phase initiatives.
Proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues; escalation as needed.
Ensure alignment of project outcomes with finance process standards, controls and business objectives.
Establish and monitor KPIs to track delivery progress, process performance and business impact.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams and vendors to ensure alignment and accountability.
Drive change management activities, including communication, training, UAT coordination, and operational readiness.
Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes clearly to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of experience in finance transformation, program/project management, or process‑driven initiatives
Proven track record leading large, cross‑functional programs with measurable results
Experience leading initiatives that include process improvement and operational change
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred (Green Belt considered with strong leadership experience)
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Experience with Finance systems and reporting/analytics platforms
Strong ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels in a matrixed organization
