We are looking for an experienced SAP Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R) Consultant with SAP HANA expertise to support end-to-end implementation and post-go-live support activities. The role involves demand forecasting, replenishment planning, system configuration, integration with SAP ECC / S/4HANA, and close collaboration with business users to ensure optimal inventory and supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end SAP F&R implementation projects

• Configure and customize Forecasting, Replenishment, and Allocation processes

• Design and implement demand forecasting models, promotion planning, and seasonal forecasting

• Set up replenishment parameters such as safety stock, lead time, and service levels

• Integrate SAP F&R with SAP ECC / S/4HANA, BW, APO, and POS systems

• Participate in blueprint workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design

• Perform unit testing, integration testing (SIT), and UAT support

Support Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP F&R issues

• Monitor forecasting accuracy, replenishment runs, and system performance

• Analyze and resolve issues related to demand planning, stock imbalances, and forecast errors

• Support batch jobs, interfaces, and data loads

• Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams for incident resolution

• Prepare documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials

Technical Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R)

• Experience working on SAP HANA environment

• Good understanding of Retail and Supply Chain processes

• Integration knowledge with:

  • SAP ECC / S/4HANA

  • SAP BW / BW on HANA

  • SAP APO (DP, SNP – good to have)

• Knowledge of master data management in retail and supply chain

• Exposure to IDocs, RFCs, batch jobs, and interfaces

Functional & Domain Skills

• Strong understanding of:

  • Demand Forecasting

  • Inventory Management

  • Replenishment Planning

  • Promotions & Seasonality

• Retail domain experience (Fashion, FMCG, Grocery, QSR) preferred

• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work with business users and cross-functional teams

• Problem-solving and analytical mindset

• Experience working in onsite-offshore or global delivery models

Good to Have

• Experience with SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository)

• Exposure to S/4HANA Retail

• Prior rollout or migration experience from ECC to HANA

• SAP F&R Certification (preferred)
