  • Strong knowledge of OOP concepts
  • Expertise in Enhancements/User Exits, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms
  • Excellent debugging and performance tuning skills
  • Experience with Enhancements, Reports, Module Pool, Conversions, Workflow
  • Familiarity with OData services
  • Hands-on implementation and support experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Lead experience in offshore onsite global delivery model
  • Ability to analyze, design, program, debug, and enhance applications
  • Prepare technical specifications and perform knowledge transfer
  • Candidates with Insurance domain experience are highly preferred
