This role is ideal for someone from the global EMS space who combines deep SAP knowledge, operations/manufacturing process excellence, and a strong continuous‑improvement mindset.Work LocationsWe are hiring one SAP Functional Process Expert each in:Mexico (MX)Europe (EU)Philippines (PH)About the RoleAs our SAP Functional Process Expert, you will play a critical role in optimizing how our organization operates across all SAP‑enabled operations processes ensuring that we fully maximize tools, systems, and best practices while embedding more streamlined, standardized, and effective supply chain processes globally.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.Simplify and standardize workflows to reduce complexity and manual effort.Enhance the effective use of business tools and systems (with strong emphasis on SAP) based on business needs.Define and promote best practices and process standards.Support change management and user adoption for new processes and tools.Work cross‑functionally with Business, IT, Operations, and Transformation teams to implement sustainable improvements.Monitor performance, track KPIs, drive completion of improvement initiatives, provide relevant feedback.What We’re Looking ForStrong SAP functional expertise across multiple modules (e.g., MM, PP, SD, FI, CO, QM, WM, etc.).Experience in process improvement, business transformation, or operational excellence.Background in EMS/electronics/manufacturing industry.
