Role Description:

• Configure and implement the SAP Real Estate Management (REA) module, ensuring it aligns with business processes for managing real estate portfolios, properties, and leases.

• Support the end-to-end implementation of SAP REA, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Work on integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD) and third-party systems to streamline processes.

• Leasing & Property Management:

• Implement solutions for lease accounting, lease administration, and real estate management using SAP REA.
• Set up lease contracts, rental agreements, and automate billing processes.
• Manage lease lifecycle from contract creation to termination and renewal.
