Seeking an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to lead and direct technical teams in developing and implementing IT infrastructure strategies. The role focuses on managing engineering projects, SAP module configuration, and functional analysis while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, budgets, and timelines. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct project engineers and technical teams, ensuring successful completion of engineering projects within budget and schedule.
• Develop IT infrastructure strategies and coordinate projects across multiple organizations.
• Perform functional analysis, requirements definition, and SAP module configuration and testing.
• Manage development projects from initial conception through production.
• Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and detailed recommendations to address mission-critical challenges.
• Supervise studies, lead surveys, and analyze data to develop effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, focusing on scope, cost, and schedule management.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development/architecture and technical project leadership.
• Expertise in SAP HCM HR modules (e.g., OM/PA, eCareer, EHS) and development projects.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., VersionOne).
• Knowledge of IT Service Management systems, preferably ServiceNow.
