Job Title: Consultant – SAP HCM (India Payroll) Location: RBI – BKC, Mumbai (Onsite/Hybrid as per project requirement) Experience: 5–8 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Solution Architect Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in India Payroll and statutory compliance to join a high-impact engagement at RBI, BKC (Mumbai).The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of hands-on SAP HCM experience, including at least one end-to-end implementation, and deep understanding of HR and payroll processes within regulated environments such as Banking or Public Sector organizations. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Management (Mandatory) Master’s Degree in Engineering / Management (Preferred) SAP HCM Certification (Added Advantage) Key Responsibilities Analyze and document current HR and Payroll processes in detail Prepare Business Blueprint documents and obtain client sign-off Configure SAP HCM modules including:OM (Organizational Management)PA (Personnel Administration)PY (India Payroll)Time ManagementESS / MSS Configure and modify Time Schemas & PCRs Configure Absences, Attendances, Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, and Absence Quotas Set up and maintain Wage Types for payroll processing Ensure compliance with India statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.) Prepare Functional Specifications for ABAP developments Conduct testing, UAT coordination, and user training Support enhancements, change requests, and bug fixes Prepare documentation and reporting using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Required Experience & Skills 5–8 years of SAP HCM experience Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation Strong exposure to India Payroll & statutory compliance Experience in Banking / Public Sector / Shared Services environments Strong understanding of HR domain processes Knowledge of BRF+ (preferred) Excellent client-facing communication skill Preferred Industry BackgroundBankingPublic SectorITESShared Services Organizations Why Join?
