Sap HCM Payroll Consultant Apply
Key Responsibilities:Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Payroll based on client requirements.Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into system configurations.Support integration with SAP HCM, Employee Central, and third-party content providers.Perform system testing, data validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).Provide post-go-live support and assist in change requests and enhancements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.Ensure compliance with payroll regulations.Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors roadmap and new features related to Learning.Required Skills:At least 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll modulesStrong hands-on experience in configuring SuccessFactors Payroll components.Understanding of payroll workflows, compliance tracking, and reporting.Soft Skills:Strong communication and client interaction skills.Detail-oriented with strong documentation and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
