Job Description/ Responsibilities
- Capture As-Is process details of existing Biling rate, payment and collection functionalities in legacy CIS and integrated systems ex:MDM
- Conduct meetings with multiple stakeholders in billing operations, collections, bill presentment wtc. teams to capture To-be process/functionalities and business requirements for implementation in SAP ISU
- Write BRD, process diagrams and bill mockups if required
- Closely work with SAP ISU functional analysts and development team to help breaking BRD into functional design and user stories
- Coordinate with UAT testing team to help write functional test cases to execute in SAP ISU
- Able to handle requirements for multiple rates and bill processes in parallel
- Big picture view and propose improvements in existing process and design
