The role involves designing, configuring, and supporting maintenance processes aligned with business requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support SAP PM module activities.Configure and manage PM sub-modules:Equipment & Functional LocationsMaintenance Orders & NotificationsPreventive & Breakdown MaintenanceRefurbishment & CalibrationMaintenance Plans and Task ListsParticipate in blueprint, realization, testing, and go-live phases.Integrate SAP PM with MM, PP, FI/CO, and QM.Support master data creation and data migration.Handle UAT, cutover, and hypercare support.Prepare functional specs and coordinate with ABAP team.Provide end-user training and documentation.Required Skills4+ years of strong experience in SAP PM.At least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.Strong knowledge of maintenance business processes.Hands-on experience in configuration and support.Good understanding of PM-MM and PM-FI integration.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Good to HaveExperience with S/4HANA Asset Management (EAM).Exposure to Fiori PM apps.Experience in ECC to S/4HANA migration.SAP PM / EAM Certification.
