Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to support critical change projects in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise in the SAP PM module, specifically focusing on Plant Maintenance and Calibration migration from RAM to SAP. This role involves implementing SAP-PM functionality, developing training and technical documentation, and collaborating closely with planning and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and configure maintenance task lists within SAP-PM.
  • Develop maintenance plans, strategies, and items to support operational needs.
  • Collaborate with planning and maintenance supervisors to create and optimize maintenance schedules.
  • Develop and write training and other technical documents for SAP-PM users and stakeholders.
  • Assist with the calibration migration from RAM to SAP to ensure a seamless transition and integration.
  • Develop preventive/predictive maintenance processes, including equipment masters, plans, task lists, and strategies.
  • Work with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and maintenance technicians to develop accurate maintenance tasks and procedures.
  • Create and manage BOMs (Bills of Materials) for PMs and maintenance projects.
  • Utilize tools like Excel and Power BI to manipulate data, generate reports, and track maintenance performance.
  • Provide expertise in calibration processes to ensure proper implementation within SAP-PM.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Calibration processes.
  • Proven ability to develop preventive/predictive maintenance strategies, equipment masters, maintenance plans, task lists, and maintenance strategies.
  • Experience writing detailed training and technical documentation for SAP-PM.
  • Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, preferably in an FDA-regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with maintenance procedures and equipment, and the ability to work closely with OEMs and technicians to develop accurate and effective maintenance tasks.
  • Experience creating and managing BOMs for PM and maintenance projects.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Excel or Power BI to manipulate data, build reports, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Working knowledge of calibration processes and their integration within SAP-PM.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with SAP-PM implementation or migration projects.
  • Familiarity with SAP modules related to maintenance management and calibration.
