About the Role:We are looking for a skilled SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to join a key maintenance transformation program for a major industrial player based in Rotterdam. This role is ideal for someone with strong functional expertise in SAP PM and a practical understanding of maintenance planning, work order processing, and plant operations.This role starts as a contract position (initial 6–12 months), with a clear pathway to permanent employment for the right candidate. You’ll play a key role in optimising PM functionality within SAP and supporting core maintenance operations.While SAP PM is the main focus, experience or familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) tools or strategies is a welcome bonus. Key Responsibilities:Analyse, design, and configure SAP PM solutions based on business requirementsSupport daily maintenance processes: corrective, preventive, and breakdownWork closely with operations, maintenance teams, and IT to align system functionality with business needsParticipate in workshops, testing, training, data migration, and go-live supportDeliver documentation and end-user support in DutchMust-Have Skills:5+ years of experience in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, equipment master data, work orders, and planningFluent Dutch is requiredHands-on configuration experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANAStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExposure to broader SAP EAM concepts or toolsPrevious involvement in S/4HANA transition projectsNice to Have:Experience with SAP FSM, mobile maintenance apps, or IoT integrations
