SAP Program Manager Apply
POSITION SUMMARY:This role functions as a strategic business partner focused on enhancing operational and supply chain effectiveness through extensive expertise in SAP modules, production workflows, and supply chain management. Primary responsibilities include evaluating and optimizing end-to-end business processes, eliciting business requirements, defining and supporting the development of SAP solutions, and ensuring effective testing, system integration, and implementation. The position requires a strong combination of technical SAP knowledge and business insight to effectively connect IT and operational functions.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Evaluate current business processes to identify improvement opportunities across production, operations, and supply chain functions; recommend and implement best practices utilizing SAP capabilitiesPartner with business stakeholders to collect requirements, convert them into functional specifications, and design solutions aligned with SAP best practicesOversee project activities such as testing, training, and deployment to ensure timely and successful execution of SAP initiativesLead integration efforts and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business needs across teams and systemsDeliver advanced support for complex SAP operational issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure business continuityCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Finance, IT) to enable seamless process integration and ensure supply chain strategies align with broader organizational objectivesDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) using SAP reporting tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Fiori, Power BI) to measure supply chain performance, monitor improvements, and enable data-driven decisionsProvide customized reporting and data analysis to support projects across functional areasServe as the primary liaison with the global SAP team to support exception-based reporting through Logistics Information System (LIS), Sales Information System (SIS), and Azure SynapseEstablish master data standards and ensure governance, compliance, and support of those standards, including leading mass updates, changes, and configuration activitiesPerform additional duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Management or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred10+ years of experience in manufacturing, SAP, procurement, or supply chain environments preferredStrong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and build consensus among stakeholders, including global teamsComprehensive knowledge of supply chain and production operations, including logistics, inventory control, and manufacturing processesExtensive SAP experience, particularly within modules such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Warehouse Management (WM), or Supply Chain Management (SCM); customization experience is advantageous
