Job Title: SAP Program Manager (OTC)

Duration: 12 months Contract

Location: Parsippany, NJ (hybrid - Mon-Thu onsite, Fri remote)

Timeline: ASAP start (moved up from mid-March target)

No 3rd party resumes, Only W2's

Program Manager, Business Transformation

Focus: Order-to-Cash (OTC) process within SAP Skyline implementation

Key Responsibilities

Lead OTC process areas for enterprise-wide SAP deployment

• End-to-end solution including processes outside SAP
• Integration with boundary systems

Business readiness coordination

• Process definition with change management partners
• Data cleansing activities oversight
• Cross-functional alignment across process areas

Portfolio planning and governance

• Prioritize business/tech resources for Skyline focus
• Manage competing requests outside program scope

Daily partnership with Enterprise Process Owner (EPO)

• Full-time business counterpart from operations
• Joint risk management and escalation

Required Experience

• 8+ years project/program management experience, including 3–5 years supporting SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) transformations
• Deep OTC expertise: order acquisition, pricing, account management, billing, credit, AR, customer management
• SAP experience: deployment or transformation program participation
• Program management office (PMO) or business transformation background
• Manufacturing industry preferred but open to other sectors with strong sales operations experience
• Ability to work independently and onboard third-party partners quickly
