Job Title: SAP Project Manager

Job Description:

• 12 15 years of IT project management experience, preferably in SAP programs.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC or S/4HANA cross module concepts.
• Proven experience managing onsite/offshore delivery models.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage high pressure timelines and multi vendor environments.

1. Project Governance & Delivery

• Lead end to end project execution for SAP migration/consolidation initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and communication frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to scope, milestones, budgets, and quality standards.

2. Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for client teams, business SMEs, and internal leadership.
• Conduct daily stand ups, weekly reviews, and sponsor updates.
• Present progress reports, risk assessments, and decision requirements.

3. Cross Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with SAP functional and technical tracks (FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, WM, Basis, Security, Data).
• Manage deliverables and dependencies across onsite, offshore, and partner teams.
• Support WRICEF planning, approvals, and design discussions as applicable.

4. Testing, Cutover, and Go Live Management

• Oversee preparation and execution of testing cycles (SIT, UAT).
• Drive cutover readiness, data validation, access enablement, and issue resolution.
• Ensure smooth go live and hyper care stabilization.

5. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain project documentation including MoMs, trackers, plans, change requests, and sign offs.
• Ensure compliance with client methodology, PMO standards, and audit requirements.
