The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP systems, project governance, finance business processes, and managing complex systems integration and consolidation projects.Responsibilities:Lead SAP project delivery across end-to-end lifecycles, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetDrive and manage PMO activities including project planning, tracking, reporting, resource management, risk and issue management, and governanceCoordinate and manage SAP Finance (FI/CO) related project workstreamsOversee SAP system consolidation initiatives, including merging multiple SAP instances, integrating financial systems, and supporting harmonization effortsEngage with senior business stakeholders (Finance, IT, Operations) to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with business objectivesMonitor project health, performance metrics, and provide regular status updates to executive leadershipManage project risks proactively and develop mitigation plansEnsure compliance with PMO standards, SAP best practices, and corporate governanceSupport change management, user training, and knowledge transfer activitiesCollaborate closely with SAP functional consultants, technical teams, third-party vendors, and system integratorsRequired Skills & Experience:10+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5+ years in SAP Project Management and PMO rolesStrong functional knowledge of SAP Finance (FI/CO) modulesProven experience leading SAP system consolidations or large-scale SAP transformation initiativesHands-on experience managing project delivery following methodologies like Activate, ASAP, Agile, or Hybrid modelsStrong understanding of SAP system landscapes, integration points, and data migration conceptsExceptional stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skillsProficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)SELECCION CONSULTING LLC is an equal opportunity employer, providing equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, creed, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, pregnancy, genetic information, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other legally protected basis, including arrest and conviction records, in accordance with applicable law.
