Job Title : SAP Project ManagerExperience : 10+ YearsLocation: Kolkata & DelhiJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with over 10 years of hands-on experience in managing SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, and ensuring SAP solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end SAP projects (S/4HANA, ECC, Rollouts, Upgrades, Enhancements).Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including SAP functional, technical, BASIS, security, and business stakeholders.Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure using standard PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).Act as the primary point of contact for customers, business users, and senior leadership.Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.Ensure adherence to SAP Activate / ASAP methodologies and organizational standards.Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.Facilitate project governance, steering committee meetings, and status reporting.Ensure quality assurance, UAT coordination, cutover planning, and go-live support.Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across projects.Required Skills & Qualifications10+ years of experience managing SAP projects.Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC landscape.Experience in managing large, complex SAP programs with global teams.Excellent understanding of SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.) — functional knowledge preferred.Proven expertise in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).Strong stakeholder, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Experience working with system integrators and vendors.Preferred QualificationsSAP Project Management or SAP Activate certification.PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications.Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration or transformation programs.Exposure to cloud, integrations, and third-party systems.Prior experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Pharma, or Utilities (as applicable).
