Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with expertise in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, HR, and S/4HANA Cloud to lead and drive SAP implementation and transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end SAP HCM & SuccessFactors project delivery.
- Manage SAP S/4HANA Cloud HR module implementation and integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align HR processes with SAP solutions.
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met.
- Drive change management and user adoption strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of SAP project management experience.
- Proven expertise in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and S/4HANA Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of HR business processes and best practices.
- Hands-on experience in SAP integrations and cloud migrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Preferred Certifications: PMP, SAP Certified in HCM/SF/S4HANA Cloud.
