We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of SAP RAR Consultant to work in Austin, Texas

Requirements

• Implementation & Configuration: Configure and implement SAP RAR to meet business requirements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Revenue Recognition: Manage and optimize revenue recognition processes in accordance with IFRS 15 and other relevant standards.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP RAR with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI, SAP SD) and external systems.
• Analysis & Reporting: Develop and execute reports to analyze revenue data and provide insights for business decision-making.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for SAP RAR, resolve issues, and perform system enhancements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configuration, processes, and procedures.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP RAR functionalities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including finance and IT teams, to align SAP RAR solutions with business objectives.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with accounting regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with SAP RAR, including implementation and optimization.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and accounting standards.
• Experience integrating SAP RAR with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA) preferred.
• Expertise in SAP RAR configuration and customization.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI and SAP SD modules.
• Proficiency in SAP reporting tools and data analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with IFRS 15 and other revenue recognition standards.
