Lead complex, cross-functional Finance transformation initiatives that modernize processes, systems, and ways of working. Drive end-to-end program delivery from project definition through execution, adoption, and value realization. Partner with executive sponsors and Finance leadership to define scope, success metrics, timelines, and governance. Apply structured program and project management practices to plan, execute, monitor, and mitigate risks. Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful project outcomes. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5-8+ years of experience in finance transformation, program/project management, or process-driven initiatives. Proven track record leading large, cross-functional programs with measurable results. Experience with Finance systems, reporting, and analytics platforms, including S/4 HANA transformations.
