The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA, a solid understanding of business process mapping, and hands-on experience with system integration, data migration, and change management. Exposure to JD Edwards is a strong plus.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP S/4HANA Technical DeliveryConfigure, customize, and troubleshoot SAP S/4HANA modules, user interfaces, and embedded analyticsLeverage SAP HANA capabilities for real-time analytics and advanced data processingSupport integration and data migration activities using SAP Data Services and Migration CockpitMap business requirements and processes to S/4HANA solutions to enable process optimizationProject & Delivery ManagementParticipate in SAP implementation projects using SAP Activate (Agile) methodologySupport project planning, scope definition, resource coordination, and timeline managementManage system enhancements and respond effectively to evolving business requirementsChange Management & User EnablementSupport organizational change management initiatives during migration from legacy systemsAssist users transitioning to SAP Fiori UI and new S/4HANA business processesProvide functional and technical guidance to business users and stakeholdersCollaboration & Stakeholder EngagementWork closely with cross-functional teams, engineering groups, and business stakeholdersCommunicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiencesEnsure seamless system integration and knowledge transferProblem Solving & Continuous ImprovementIdentify root causes of system and process issues and implement effective solutionsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and stay current with evolving SAP technologies, including automation, RPA, and AI-enabled featuresRequired QualificationsStrong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA configuration and supportSolid understanding of SAP HANA architecture, embedded analytics, and reportingExperience with data migration and integration tools (SAP Data Services, Migration Cockpit)Knowledge of business process mapping and optimizationFamiliarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery modelsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience or working knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE)Prior experience supporting manufacturing or industrial clientsExposure to SAP Fiori, change management, or legacy system modernizationStrong customer-facing and support-oriented mindset
