Job Title : SAP S/4HANA MM & WM Implementation Lead

Job Type : W2

Experience : 15 + Years

Location : Pitsburg, New Hampshire( Hybrid/Onsite)

Experience Required: Minimum 15+ years in SAP S/4HANA MM and WM implementation, with a focus on bluefield or brownfield conversion projects.

Certifications: Certified in S/4HANA MM

• Business Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses of complex business processes, gathering and documenting customer requirements.

• Workshops Facilitation: Lead workshops to collect and refine business requirements from stakeholders.

• Process Mapping: Map client requirements and objectives, designing necessary modifications to SAP products to meet their needs.

• Configuration and Testing: Design, customize, configure, and test MM and WM modules, ensuring solutions align with client specifications.

• Gap Analysis: Identify gaps and issues in processes, proposing effective workaround solutions.

• Client Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting, investigating, analyzing, and resolving MM/WM related issues.

• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation including Business Requirement Documents, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documents, System Integration Testing (SIT) documents, End User Manuals, Functional Specification Documents, and Configuration Documents.

• SAP Experience: At least 5 years of experience in SAP within product and supply chain environments.

• Functional Expertise: Strong consultancy and design experience in SAP MM and WM, with a track record of implementing end-to-end solutions.

• Project Experience: Participation in at least 2-3 large-scale information transformation projects within product and supply chain.

• S4/HANA Environment: Proven experience in implementing a multi-tiered S/4HANA environment.

• Methodology Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology.

• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, driving best practices and efficiencies.

• Testing Experience: Proficient in creating and maintaining test scripts, with a solid understanding of testing processes.

• 3PL Scenarios: Experience with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) scenarios is mandatory.

• Master Data Setup: Extensive experience in warehouse master data setup, including Warehouse numbers, Storage types, Storage sections, Storage bins, and Bin types.

• FI/CO Integration: Strong knowledge of integration between FI/CO and other process modules, including Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM).

• Independence: Ability to work independently, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of modeling tools (e.g., VISIO, MS Project) and proficiency in MS Office is highly desirable.
