Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Program Manager to support a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation. The role involves leading task forces and providing critical issue resolution during the project. This hybrid position requires 3 days per week on-site in Dunwoody, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead rapid response teams to resolve critical SAP S/4HANA issues during and post-go-live
• Organize and manage cross-functional task forces to address system challenges
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for system failures
• Identify risks and mitigate issues before they impact operations
• Communicate issue status and resolutions to senior leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 15+ years in SAP project management, with 5+ years in SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture and troubleshooting
• Proven experience leading task forces in high-pressure environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S/4HANA certification
• Experience with third-party integrations (e.g., SuccessFactors, Oracle EPM, Coupa)
• Hands-on experience with SAP Basis and Private Cloud environments
