Job Title : SAP S/4 HANA Program Manager

Job Type : W2 / C2C

We are looking for a SAP S/4 HANA Program Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of our S/4 HANA system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management, particularly within SAP projects, a strong understanding of project management methodologies, and be adept at managing all aspects of large-scale program implementations.

Responsibilities:

• 7+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of managing SAP projects.
• Experience managing at least one S/4 HANA transformation as a Program Manager.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA concepts, functionalities, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Experience in the Manufacturing (Mfg.) domain is a plus.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner).
• SAP S/4 HANA Certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience with large-scale ERP transformation projects in the manufacturing industry.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks, and proactively develop risk management strategies.
• Develop and implement a change management strategy to ensure user adoption of the new SAP S/4 HANA system.
• Track and report on program progress, providing key metrics and updates to stakeholders.
• Stay current with the latest SAP S/4 HANA features, functionality, and best practices.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
