10+ years in SAP SD/OTC modules with at least 2 upgrade or implementation projects.
Deep understanding of OTC processes: Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Integration with FI.
Hands-on experience with S/4HANA upgrade projects and simplification items.
Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, Test Management tools like worksoft and SAP C-ALM.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps for OTC, Advanced ATP, and Revenue Recognition.
Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard workshops.
Exposure to integration with CRM, EDI, and third-party logistics systems
