We have the following urgent position with Capgemini. Please send all qualified candidates.
Job Title: SAP S/4 OTC Analyst
Location: Middletown, PA (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Rate: DOE C2C All Inclusive

New Capgemini Onboarding Process Updates:
Due to additional onboarding requirements, a meet and greet is required for all new hires.
Selected candidates must be willing to go to the closest Capgemini/Client office location as indicated by the project team to meet and greet with a Capgemini team member prior to starting their assignment.
If the candidate is not local, Capgemini will pay the expenses.

Summary of Position:
The functional analyst will be responsible for helping clients supporting/ implement SAP S/4 HANA functionality.

Responsibilities & Ownership:
This position is for a Senior functional analyst with experience in both support and enhancement work including the hand over from enhancement/project to support.

Responsibilities:
Must have S/4 HANA SD Implementation experience.
Develop BRD in consultation with business users and team lead.
Study the requirement and Provide estimations using Capgemini and THE estimation process with consultation with his lead.
Work with development teams and MTC (testers) for implementing and testing of new functionalities.
Work with business users and train them on pricing functionality and flow from Bolton to SAP.
Build test scripts and perform end to end testing.
Delivering enhancements in subject area including interaction with client end-users, requirement gathering, Functional Specification (FDD) documentation, development, Unit Testing/Functional testing/and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Talent Profile/Skill Set Functional:
Should know SAP SD S/4 HANA configurations.
Must have a strong understanding of OTC business process knowledge.
Must have a master data configuration and cross module FI/LE/PP/MM-PUR integration knowledge.
Should know Sales Order, Scheduling agreement, consignment process.
Good understanding on Sales & Distribution functions - Order fulfilment, Output setup, Pricing.

Determination & Configuration:
Should have worked on Billing, Account determination, Partner functions determinations, Output determinations, Pricing determinations.
Must have knowledge on ATP process.
Must have X-company process, third party process, STO-PO, STO SA process knowledge.
Demonstrated initiative and ability to achieve results.
Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express technical concepts in business terms and in English.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
Ability to work in a tough and challenging environment and able to cooperate with cross-functional project teams.
Ability to influence key individuals inside and outside of their own group.
Ability to follow corporate standards with respect to tools and processes.
Strong knowledge and understanding of structured analysis and technical design techniques.
Ability to adapt and rapidly apply changing technology to business needs.
Ability to work in multiple assignments with time management and result perspective.
Ability to work independently.

Nice To Have:
SAP SD S/4 Hana Certification with debugging skills.
Able to take initiative and help the other team members whenever required.
Knowledge of the Pros and prior experience with the PROS pricing method will be an added advantage for APEX application.

Required Experience:
6 to 8 years with SAP SD S/4 knowledge.
