Job description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP SCM Consultant to join the IT team. As an SAP SCM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) module. Your expertise in SAP MM will play a vital role in streamlining our procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes.
Qualifications
•15 plus years of Experience in SAP SCM modules and minimum two end-to-end implementation projects
•Good experience in S4 HANA implementation and should be in a position to suggest solution in SAP capabilities/functionalities
•Should be in position to understand various SCM processes like shipment ,Delivery , handling unit, and integration with S4 Ariba, Production planning ,Shipment ,Warehouse and ATP and GATP
•Well versed with Supply chain management best practices
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP PP/QM/MM/WM modules settings. Strong knowledge of SAP MM module functionalities, including material master data, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics execution.
• Proficiency in procurement processes, such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, RFQs, and supplier evaluation.
• Familiarity with inventory management processes, including goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, and physical inventory.
• Knowledge of logistics execution processes, including inbound/outbound deliveries, transportation planning, and shipment tracking.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose optimal solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, business users, and external stakeholders.
• Prior experience in the Energy or retail industry sectors is a plus.
