Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned SAP SD Consultant with over 15 years of experience, specializing in Logistics Execution (LE), and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will lead complex transformation project, optimize existing SAP landscapes, and drive business alignment through expert-level functional and strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP SD and LE workstreams in Brownfield transformation projects, ensuring minimal disruption to existing operations.
- Analyze legacy configurations and design optimized solutions within the S/4HANA framework.
- Configure and support SD processes including order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and returns.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure solution alignment.
- Provide strategic input on process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.
- Manage change control, testing, and go-live activities in complex environments.
- Ensure compliance with global standards, data governance, and audit requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience.
- Strong expertise in Logistics Execution (LE) and integration with other modules
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Deep understanding of legacy ECC systems and transition strategies to S/4HANA.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in global rollouts and multi-country SAP landscapes.
- Proven experience in interface design to integrating SAP with non-SAP systems using middleware and API both.
