Overview
The client is executing a full SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG) implementation aligned to a broader Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation. The consultant will work alongside the system implementation partner while directly representing the business and internal security governance standards.
The organization is also working toward becoming SOX compliant within the next two years, and this role will help ensure SAP security, identity governance, and access controls are designed to support audit readiness, financial reporting controls, and long-term regulatory compliance requirements.
This role will support security architecture, identity governance, and access model design across SAP and integrated cloud applications, partnering closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure identity governance is aligned to enterprise security and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full lifecycle SAP IAG implementation
- Design and maintain SAP role and access models aligned to S/4 transformation
- Support identity governance across SAP and cloud applications
- Support integrations with SuccessFactors and cloud identity providers
- Support Fiori, BTP, and cloud security architecture alignment
- Support audit readiness, access governance controls, and SOX-aligned security design
- Assist with governance process definition and documentation for future compliance audits
- Support segregation of duties (SoD), access certification processes, and audit reporting across finance and customer operations environments

Qualifications
- 7+ years SAP Security experience
- Hands-on SAP IAG implementation experience
- Experience supporting S/4 transformation security programs
- Experience supporting SOX controls, audit readiness, or regulated environments strongly preferred
- Experience in utilities or regulated enterprise environments strongly preferred
