Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of relevant work experience implementing Talent systems and processes from ideation through deployment
Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)

Strong knowledge of leading-edge project management methodologies and experience supporting the implementation of new Talent systems and processes

Strong written/verbal executive communication and presentation skills; strong listening, facilitation and influencing skills with audiences of all management and leadership levels
