Job Description The key activities that this individual will oversee include: Optimize server and storage architecture for system availability, integration, reliability, and performance Promote and implement best practices for SAP system high-availability, and disaster recovery Support the SAP Operations team in incident and problem management, and help ensure effective root cause analyses Make recommendations for performance tuning and space management Collaborate with other IT teams and suppliers to ensure that proposed and existing solutions plans are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
