SAP Test Lead

We are looking for an experienced SAP Test Lead with a strong background in the manufacturing domain, particularly in the process industry. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of testing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. This position requires excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and expertise in test planning and execution. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage testing activities for SAP and web-based applications. Collaborate with project managers, business users, and developers to ensure quality deliverables. Develop and execute test plans, estimates, schedules, and progress tracking. Monitor testing progress and manage defect lifecycle effectively. Guide and support a team of 3 to 5 testers. Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones and documentation. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment with project goals. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in software testing. At least 3 years of experience in a test lead role. Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in test planning, estimation, scheduling, and defect management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience leading manual testing projects for SAP and web applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the manufacturing domain, especially in the process industry.
