Role: SAP TM- Business Function Designer

Must-Have skills for the role:

• SAP EWM
• LE-TRA Configuration experience
• Understanding of Transportation Processes and best practices
• SAP Inventory Management

Nice-to-have skills:

• SAP TM
• SAP EWM
• SAP-SD

Responsibilities:

• As a Business Function Designer, you will be responsible for supporting the analysis and design of new function business processes.
• Identify and define detailed requirements.
• Serve as a liaison to the business community and participate in user and task analysis to maintain the business community's perspective.
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP EWM is required. Intermediate level of proficiency in Business Process Design is recommended.
• Warehouse Management with Intermediate proficiency, Functional Designs with Intermediate proficiency, and Logistics Management with Beginner proficiency are suggested skills.
• Develop innovative solutions for business process improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Analyze and optimize warehouse management processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective functional designs.
• Provide expertise in logistics management strategies.
