SAS - Understanding of SAS tool and access management via AWS Workspaces, SAS Studio transactions and server-related issues (SAS Admin).
Linux & Unix knowledge - troubleshoot platform (in general)
SAS Viya & Kubernetes experience
Unix CLI lookup user permissions in storage access, server monitoring.
Pharma/Life sciences experience is a must
SAS Admin Integration with AWS
Understanding of AWS cloud to work with infrastructure team for server maintenance activities.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good knowledge of change management process
SAS Application upgrade installation and hotfixes
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle/application support
Good compliance & other documentations skills.
Able to communicate effectively to stakeholders
SAS Administration and ability to interpret/troubleshoot logs
SSL license certificate installation annual
Flexible with shifts and ready to work on some weekends for few hours as per client requirements for patching activities as and when required
