Overview Description: Intune Admin/Engineer to support transitioning from SCCM to Intune with Autopilot experience. Focus on day-to-day Intune work, including creating configuration profiles for Android, iOS, Windows, and Mac, and assisting with GPOs through Intune for end-user computers. Will handle tickets via ServiceNow and assist end users as needed. Ability to meet deadlines and take commitments seriously. Responsibilities Manage Intune configurations and profile creation across Android, iOS, Windows, and Mac platforms. Assist with GPO-related tasks through Intune for end-user computers. Address end-user tickets through ServiceNow and provide timely support as needed. Meet project and delivery deadlines and maintain accountability for commitments. Qualifications Experience with SCCM, application packaging, patch management, deployment, and imaging. Hands-on experience creating configuration profiles in Intune; Autopilot experience. Experience with Windows environments; able to support a Windows-centric team. On-call availability, though calls are rare. Work Environment & Schedule Manufacturing environment. Onsite 5 days a week. First shift. Permanent position based out of Trinity, NC. Pay & Benefits Pay range: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year. Annual bonus potential based on company performance and merit increases. 2 weeks of PTO, 11 holidays and 2 floating holidays. Workplace Type Fully onsite position in Trinity, NC.
