Job Overview
As a Scheduler & Administrative Assistant at Selectric LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.
Key Responsibilities:
· Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician assignments
· Maintain accurate records of service requests and schedules
· Communicate effectively with clients
· Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies
Support the service department with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
· Proven experience in scheduling or administrative support
· Strong organizational skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
