Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to support complex project timelines within the CES department. This contract role is critical due to increased workflow and plays a strategic part in ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery of capital projects. The ideal candidate brings strong technical scheduling expertise, project controls knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and control detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
Establish schedule baselines and perform regular progress updates
Conduct schedule analysis, including Critical Path Method (CPM) evaluations
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and key stakeholders
Prepare and deliver scheduling reports such as:
Look-ahead schedules
Resource forecasts
Schedule variance and impact analysis
Ensure compliance with organizational scheduling standards, policies, and documentation requirements
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment

Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in project scheduling for large-scale projects
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
Proficiency in Microsoft Project
Strong working knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple schedules and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting infrastructure, utilities, or capital projects
Familiarity with outage planning and coordination

Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
