Key responsibilities include: Providing compassionate, culturally sensitive care. Conducting screenings, assessments, and formulating treatment plans. Collaborating with patients/students to achieve treatment goals. Consulting with families, schools, and community agencies. Participating in team meetings. The position is hybrid, based in Mitchell County, with travel as needed. Candidates must have a valid LCSW/LPC license, two years of clinical experience, and preferably experience in therapy and primary care. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
