Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time position is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students at a high school setting in Cranston, Rhode Island. This role offers an onsite opportunity working directly with one student in a 1:1 capacity during school hours from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The assignment is a contract position extending through mid-June 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the Behavior Specialist and BCBA.
  • Provide direct 1:1 support to a student, collecting and tracking behavioral data.
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to promote positive behavior and learning outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to service protocols.
  • Use expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques within the educational environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
  • Previous experience working in school settings with individuals requiring behavior support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with educators and families.
  • Ability to manage detailed data collection and follow outlined behavior plans.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Location: Lincoln, Rhode Island onsite at the high school campus.
