Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support Extended School Year (ESY) services in Bucks County, PA. These roles provide specialized behavioral support within school settings, focusing on students with moderate to severe needs. Positions are situated in several school locations, including Fallsington Elementary and Samuel Everitt School in Levittown.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to students during the ESY period.
  • Collaborate with teachers and related service staff to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans based on student response and data collection.
  • Participate in related services orientation and preparation prior to the ESY instructional dates.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable standards and documentation requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active BCBA credential meeting Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) requirements.
  • Experience working with populations exhibiting moderate to severe behavioral needs.
  • Understanding of the PA DOE credentialing timeline (approximately 14 days).
  • Ability to provide reliable, consistent attendance and punctuality throughout the ESY schedule.
  • Reside within a 35-minute commute of assigned school sites and possess reliable transportation.
  • Commitment to the full ESY schedule from June 29 to July 30, 2026, Monday through Thursday.
  • Previous experience in school or related settings preferred.

  • Hours: Approximately 24 hours per week during ESY days (Monday-Thursday).
  • Student service hours: 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM; staff on-site 8:45 AM to 2:45 PM.
  • Multiple school locations within Bucks County; assignment based on candidates skills and student needs.
  • Contract position with scheduled ESY dates from June 29 to July 30, 2026.
