Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for Behavior Specialists with BCBA credentials to provide specialized services within school settings in the Bucks County area of Pennsylvania. These positions focus on supporting students with moderate to severe needs and behaviors through evidence-based behavioral interventions.
Location: Various schools in Bucks County, including Fallsington Elementary and Samuel Everitt School in Levittown. Candidates should reside within 35 minutes of selected school sites to ensure timely attendance and reliable transportation.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, student service hours from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with staff hours generally from 8:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.
- ESY Instructional Dates: June 29 to July 30, 2026
- Hours: Approximately 24 hours per week
- Commitment: Full ESY schedule is required
- Caseload assignments and classroom placements will be determined based on student needs and enrollment, with efforts to align locations close to candidate residences and preferences when possible.
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must hold an active BCBA credential compliant with Pennsylvania Department of Education regulations
- Ability and willingness to work with populations demonstrating moderate to severe behavioral challenges
- Reliable transportation and residency within a 35-minute commute radius of the assigned school site
- Commitment to scheduled days and hours during the ESY program
- Understanding of PA DOE credentialing timelines and relevant compliance procedures
Responsibilities:
