Behavior Specialist BCBA (ESY Contract)
Location: Levittown, PA | Bucks County | School Setting

Position Overview:
Seeking two experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide behavior support services during the Extended School Year (ESY) program. These contract roles require professionals who are skilled in serving students with moderate to severe behavioral needs in school environments. Services are based primarily in Bucks County, including Levittown and surrounding towns, with scheduling focused Monday through Thursday during ESY dates. This opportunity is ideal for candidates committed to supporting students' behavioral growth in a collaborative and structured setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and school staff to support positive behavior strategies
  • Conduct ongoing data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure treatment fidelity and student progress
  • Participate in related services orientation and coordinate scheduling within assigned school location
  • Maintain compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) credentialing and agency policies

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification meeting Pennsylvania DOE requirements
  • Proven experience working with school-aged populations exhibiting moderate to severe behavioral challenges
  • Reliable transportation and residence within 35 minutes of assigned school site
  • Availability to commit fully to scheduled ESY hours: Monday-Thursday, approximately 8:45 am to 2:45 pm
  • Understanding of and comfort working in inclusive school environments with diverse student needs
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Compliance with client agency policies regarding prior engagements

Additional Information:

  • ESY Instructional Dates: June 29 to July 30, 2026
  • Typical workweek: 24 hours
  • Locations include Fallsington Elementary and Samuel Everitt School (Levittown), with assignments based on district needs and candidate proximity
  • Candidates will receive classroom assignment details closer to start date
  • Orientation dates and times vary by location and caseload
