Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide behavior support services in a school setting, located in Pittston, PA. The contract runs from ASAP through June 9, 2026, with onsite work required. Two positions are available to support students with behavioral needs under virtual supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA supervisors
• Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors
• Collaborate with school personnel, families, and supervisors to support student goals
• Maintain professional documentation and adhere to confidentiality guidelines
• Participate in virtual BCBA supervision and follow guidance accordingly

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
• Experience working in school environments preferred
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Pittston, PA
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to engage in virtual supervision sessions with BCBA
