Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based opportunity is available for a professional skilled as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support elementary students in their behavioral development. This contract role is located in Winnetka, IL, within a supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Conduct direct one-on-one sessions with elementary students in need of behavior support.
  • Collect and record accurate data on student progress and behavior.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is mandatory.
  • Experience working in a school setting with elementary-aged children preferred.
  • Ability to follow detailed behavior intervention plans and protocols.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Reliable and professional work ethic.

Location: Winnetka, Illinois
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:15 AM to 3:45 PM (35 hours weekly), including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks
Contract Duration: Immediate start through June 12, 2026
Caseload: 1:1 elementary students

This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on young learners by supporting their behavioral growth in a structured school setting.

Qualified candidates with an active RBT certification are encouraged to submit their resume and relevant experience details to be considered for this role. Substitutes or those interested in substitute positions are also requested to indicate their interest separately.
