School Bus Charter Driver First Student – Part Time School Charter Driver – Anchorage/Matsu, AK Responsibilities Split shift: early morning before‑school pickup and after‑school drop‑off with free hours in between Guaranteed shift of 4 hours per school day (no nights or weekends unless preferred) Additional hours available through trips and charters when available Benefits $24.00–$28.00 per hour starting wage (depending on experience) Medical, Dental & Vision benefits and 401(k) retirement savings plans (varies by location or CBA) Paid CDL training available (no experience required) Qualifications No college degree or high school diploma required Military experience welcomed Returning to workforce or seeking a second job Retirees welcomed Looking to start a new career At least 21 years old Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years Additional Information Position is subject to DOT drug testing per safety‑sensitive employee requirements.
