School Bus Driver Trainer Apply
TBest Services is seeking experienced School Bus Drivers to join our client's training team in Rochester, NY. If you're an experienced School Bus Driver who wants to shape the next generation of drivers, this full-time position is perfect for you.
Offering a competitive wage $60,000 for a typical 8 hour day, this role includes both driving and training responsibilities. Plus, enjoy a $150 bonus for every student you successfully train who passes their road test and commits to our team for 60 days. The bonus potential is limitless!
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive morning and afternoon routes as needed.
- Train CDL holders and current employees to ensure they are proficient in safe driving practices.
- Occasionally lead safety meetings or classes.
Requirements:
- Valid, clean Class B driver's license with P and S endorsements.
- 5+ years of school bus driving experience required.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including Saturdays as needed.
- SBDI certification and 19A examiner license a plus.
