Job Title: Occupational Therapist (School-Based)

Overview:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team of professionals in providing support to students with diverse needs in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of school-based therapy services and a passion for helping students achieve their fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct prehensive assessments to identify students' strengths and areas of need related to motor, sensory, and cognitive skills.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve students' fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings, using evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to develop and implement strategies for classroom success.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience working in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
