A healthcare facility is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized nursing services for a student with complex medical needs. This contract position requires critical care skills and a compassionate approach to support the student's health and safety throughout the school day and during transportation.

Location:

  • Derry, NH

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual nursing care tailored to a student with complex medical conditions.
  • Monitor and manage critical care needs during school hours.
  • Accompany and provide nursing oversight during the students transportation between home and school.
  • Collaborate with school staff and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with the student's family, school personnel, and healthcare team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current and valid RN licensure.
  • Proven experience in critical care nursing.
  • Background in school nursing preferred.
  • Ability to manage complex medical equipment and emergency protocols.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Dependable and flexible to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
