The clinet is looking for a middle school duty nurse (Aspire Middle School). This is a performing art academy. Please see details below:

• "Create an educational experience where rigorous academic standards, coupled with high-quality performing arts instruction, challenge all students to reach their full potential as innovative problem-solvers, skillful artisans, and imaginative learners.
• We believe that every student has the potential to achieve high levels of academic learning and performing arts achievement. Each child is unique, and recognizing this, we base our educational programs upon methods of developing and utilizing this uniqueness. Aspire is designed to foster academic excellence through our core program and promote the exploration of the performing arts in our enrichment program."
• There are approximately 300 students at the academy, and the only true hard skill that is needed is diabetes management. They need someone who can read and interpret a CTM, calculate carbs and make decisions appropriately. The student is newly diagnosed with diabetes and is very anxious; we need someone who has the soft skills to be able to handle a worried parent.
• They will also manage a busy health room similar to a standard "school nurse" position and need to appropriately communicate with other staff, students and parents.
