Occupational Therapist Job - School Setting

Qualifications: To be considered for this role, prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Possess active licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Have 2+ years of experience (preferred)
• Have experience in pediatrics or schools (preferred)

Responsibilities: In this role, prospective candidates should be capable of:

• Providing direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in alignment with their individual educational plans
• Conducting occupational therapy evaluations to determine eligibility for occupational therapy services
• Collaborating with special and regular educators in the development, implementation, and coordination of services
• Completing special education documentation in compliance with Department expectations, state and federal laws, and regulations
• Attending and actively contributing to IEP meetings
